To ensure security and efficiency, we primarily accept Electronic Bank Transfers (EFT).

We can accept cash payments only under specific, pre-arranged circumstances, such as:

If we happen to be in the same area for a separate reason.

For settling the remaining 50% balance on the day of the shoot, or immediately after assets have been delivered (depending on the project contract).

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required via EFT to formally secure and schedule your booking.

We operate between two key locations: Zandspruit, Roodepoort, Gauteng, and Universitas, Bloemfontein, Free State. As our base of service is flexible, please contact us directly to confirm which province we are currently serving.

Absolutely not. We uphold complete Integrity and Transparency. Our package prices are all-inclusive, and any potential add-ons or fees are always made available to you upfront. Please note that travel fees for locations exceeding an amount of R65 from our base are charged directly to the client.

Absolutely. Location is integral to the narrative. We actively assist with location selection within our primary service area. For locations that require extensive travel or scouting, we will provide a comprehensive list of recommended, visually impactful areas, ensuring full transparency regarding any associated travel fees.

We strongly encourage a Collaborative Partnership. We are here to serve your vision based on your needs and creative input. However, any ideas that significantly alter the agreed-upon scope (e.g., unplanned, time-consuming setups or additional costs) must be discussed and approved during the initial consultation to maintain our guaranteed workflow and timeline. 

This depends on the package level to ensure workflow efficiency:

High-Tier Packages: Clients are given the opportunity to choose their favorite images for final refinement.

Standard & Basic Packages: The editor, using their expert judgment, makes the final selections. This guarantees that only the highest quality, most impactful images—ready for cinematic post-processing—are delivered.

Your visual assets are protected by a Rigorous Redundancy Protocol. Immediately following the shoot, images are backed up across multiple secure platforms, including physical SSDs, professional cloud storage (Google Drive), and internal systems. This guarantees your copy is safe and perpetually retrievable. 

To uphold the Unwavering Standard of Quality and integrity of our brand, we do not release unedited/RAW files. Our artistic process is completed in post-production, where the cinematic look is engineered. Raw files may be released only under special agreement and for serious, professional use by experienced editors or graphic designers. 

You receive Full Commercial and Personal Usage Rights for all final images. You are free to use them anywhere you need—website, social media, marketing, internal communications, or personal portfolios—without any additional licensing fees. 

We operate with a Professional Contingency Plan. Should any technical issue arise, our first action is problem-solving (Adaptability & Problem-Solving). We carry redundant, professional-grade backup equipment to maintain the schedule. In the rare event both fail, we offer an immediate, free rebooking or a 50% refund of the paid funds, ensuring your time is never wasted. 

Our primary focus is on Event Coverage and Branding Assets (portraits, environment). While we do not typically offer dedicated commercial or product photography, we are open to unique projects. This service may be offered on a case-by-case basis, pending a consultation to ensure the scope does not require specialized, costly equipment outside of our cinematic kit.
